On the second day of Falgun, the Amar Ekushey Boi Mela was thronged with visitors. As the days go by, the crowd of book lovers is also increasing. However, the number of visitors is more than the number of buyers, said the owners of the publication.

97 new books arrived on the 15th day of the fair on Thursday. According to Bangla Academy sources, the number of newly published books in this year's fair stands at 1326.

Readers and visitors say that many new books have been published in this fair. But they are not able to buy all the favorite books because the price is too high.

Meanwhile, on the 15th day of the fair, the number of readers and visitors increased, but the number of buyers did not increase, said the publishers. 

They claim that most of the people who participated in the fair are just looking around. Their expectation is that actual buyers will increase in the fair in the coming days.
