Dhaka, Apr 20 (V7N)- The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved 16 major development projects involving an estimated cost of Tk 24,247.24 crore.
The approval came during the ECNEC meeting held on Sunday at the NEC conference room of the Planning Commission, chaired by Principal Advisor and ECNEC Chairperson Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
Of the total project cost:

Government funding amounts to Tk 3,101.34 crore

Project loans account for Tk 16,719.73 crore

Organizational (own) funding is Tk 4,426.17 crore
