Dhaka, July 16 (V7N)- Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel were deployed in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, and Bogura on Tuesday afternoon amidst escalating law and order concerns surrounding the quota reform movement.
 
A press release issued by Md Shariful Islam, the Public Relations Officer of BGB headquarters, confirmed the deployment.
 
According to Voice7 News Chattogram Bureau, three platoons of BGB have been stationed since the afternoon following clashes that resulted in the deaths of three quota protesters during confrontations with law enforcement and members of Bangladesh Chhatra League.
