Police recovered the body of an unidentified man from Marine Drive Road in Cox’s Bazar on Thursday (April 4)night. the age will be approximately 30-35 years.
 
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately, said Officer-in-Charge (OC) Muhammad Osman Ghani of the Teknaf Model Police Station.
 
To eyewitness sources, the locals found the body on the Marine Drive road adjacent to the freshwater tank of Teknaf Sadar Union at around 8 pm. After informing the police, the police came to the spot and recovered the body.
 
According to Officer-in-Charge (OC) Muhammad Osman Ghani of the Teknaf Model Police Station, a bloodied knife and a battery-operated TomTom (easybike) were discovered near to the deceased. Several bodily parts have markings from injuries. Perhaps he worked as a tomtom driver. In addition, attempts are underway to identify the body.
 
In addition, he stated that after filing a complaint, the body is being sent to the Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital Mortuary for a post-mortem.
