Khulna, Mar 31 (V7N)- Muslims flocked to the Eid-ul-Fitr congregation in Khulna. The main Eid congregation was held at 8 am at Khulna Circuit House Maidan. The congregation was led by Khulna District Imam Parishad President and Principal Maulana Mohammad Saleh. Khulna Divisional Commissioner Firoz Sarkar and Deputy Commissioner Saiful Islam offered prayers at the Circuit House Maidan.

The congregation offered prayers for those killed in the 24th mass uprising, wished for the speedy recovery of the injured, prayed for the peace of the souls of those killed in the recent barbaric attacks by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza and other places in Palestine, and prayed for the recovery of the injured.

In addition, Eid congregation was held at 8:30 am at the Model Mosque adjacent to Khulna Alia Madrasa and at 9 am at Khulna Town Jame Mosque.

In addition, two Eid-ul-Fitr congregations were held at the Baitun Noor Jame Mosque run by the Khulna City Corporation.

The first congregation held at 8 am was led by the mosque's Khatib Hafez Md. Imran Ullah, and the second congregation held at 9 am was led by the mosque's Imam Hafez Md. Zakir Hussain.

Under the management of the Khulna City Corporation and under the supervision of the ward officers, separate Eid congregations were held in each ward of the city. The first congregation was held at 8 am, the second at 9 am, and the third at 10 am at Khulna Town Jame Mosque.

In addition, for the first time, a holy Eid-ul-Fitr congregation was organized at the central ground of Khulna University. Only one congregation was held at 8 am. After the congregation, the larger Muslim Ummah, the country, and Khulna University offered prayers, wishing for continued success and prosperity.
