TRISHAL, Mymensingh, Mar 11, (V7N) – Police in Trishal have arrested a drug dealer with heroin, marijuana, and yaba tablets during an anti‑drug operation in Madhya Panchpara village of Sadar Union.

According to a press release issued Wednesday afternoon, the raid was conducted on Tuesday (March 10) at around 8 pm, leading to the arrest of Md. Ruhul Amin (49) from in front of his house. He is the son of the late Abubakar Siddique and Hazera Khatun of Madhya Panchpara village.

Police recovered 12 grams of heroin, 750 grams of marijuana, and 11 pieces of yaba tablets from the accused. The seized narcotics have been taken into custody.

Authorities confirmed that a case under the Narcotics Control Act is being processed against Ruhul Amin, and legal action is underway.
