American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has surpassed the Indian channel T-Series to become the most-subscribed channel on YouTube. MrBeast himself confirmed the milestone in a post on his X account (formerly Twitter) on Sunday.

As of now, MrBeast's YouTube channel boasts 267 million subscribers, edging out T-Series, which has around 266 million subscribers. The news was met with widespread congratulations, including a notable shout-out from Elon Musk. "Wow. Congratulations," Musk wrote on X, highlighting the significance of the achievement.

Jimmy Donaldson, 26, has captivated audiences worldwide with his unique and often philanthropic content. Since he began uploading videos in 2012 at the age of 13, MrBeast has posted over 700 videos, mastering the art of viral content and YouTube algorithms. His journey to the top has been marked by innovative and engaging videos, ranging from grand challenges to massive giveaways.

One of his early breakthroughs came with a video titled "Donate 10,000 Dollars to the Homeless," which garnered significant attention and showcased his commitment to impactful content.
