Comilla, Jan 06 (V7N) – Addressing voters ahead of the 13th National Assembly elections, National Citizens Party (NCP) Southern Region Chief Organizer Hasnat Abdullah called on citizens to resist corruption and vote responsibly.

Speaking at a courtyard meeting in Viralla area of Debidwar, Hasnat Abdullah said, “You will guard the center. If the center is captured, you will resist it.”

He urged voters not to sell their votes for money, warning, “If any candidate comes with money, reject them. If a leader has to go around with money after voters for one day, then you will have to go around with money after the leader for five years.”

Hasnat Abdullah emphasized the importance of voting for justice, accountability, and against corruption and Indian hegemony, stating, “This time we will vote for justice, for a stand against corruption and Indian hegemony, for the reason for which the Siamese shed their blood. This time there will be two ballots. One for the vote and the other for the referendum.”

He also urged voters to stand against corruption, tender rigging, and manipulative litigants, highlighting the party’s commitment to a fair and transparent electoral process.
