Indian YouTuber Elvis Yadav found himself in legal trouble after being arrested by Noida police in Delhi on Sunday (March 17) for allegedly partying with snake venom. He was produced in court today, facing charges under the Animal Rights Act.

The arrest stems from a case filed on November 3 last year against Yadav and five others. While the remaining five were previously arrested and released on bail, Yadav's arrest marks a new development in the case.

The Delhi Police initiated the action following a complaint filed by an animal rights organization. Subsequently, authorities recovered a total of nine snakes, including five cobras, along with some snake venom.

According to reports, Yadav and his associates were allegedly involved in collecting snake venom from various sources to produce drugs, which were consumed during a party organized last year.

Despite being primarily known as a YouTuber, Yadav ventured into television, participating in popular reality shows like Bigg Boss. He gained further recognition by winning Bigg Boss OTT-2.

The arrest of Elvis Yadav has sparked widespread attention and raised concerns about the use of snake venom for recreational purposes. Authorities are expected to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter to ensure justice is served.
