Regarding the commission’s ongoing activities, Masud noted that the recently held 13th National Parliament election and referendum were conducted fairly, adding that the EC will review any shortcomings identified during the polls.
He also called on journalists to perform their professional duties impartially and provide constructive criticism of the commission’s work to help strengthen the electoral process.
