Tomas Hertl tied the game on a power play with just over three minutes remaining, followed by Keegan Kolesar scoring the go-ahead goal a minute later. Ivan Barbashev sealed the victory with an empty-netter, marking his second goal of the game and seventh of the season. Nicolas Roy and Nicolas Hague also contributed goals for the Knights, while Adin Hill made 35 saves.

In other games, the Nashville Predators overcame a two-goal deficit to defeat the Chicago Blackhawks 3-2, thanks to Brady Skjei's go-ahead power-play goal in the third period. Gustav Nyquist and Filip Forsberg also scored for Nashville, while Connor Bedard netted a goal for the Blackhawks.
