England's Tyrrell Hatton clinched his first title since joining the Saudi-backed LIV Golf series with a commanding victory at LIV Golf Nashville. Hatton fired a six-under-par 65 in Sunday's final round, finishing with a 54-hole total of 19-under 194 at The Grove, defeating fellow Englishman Sam Horsfield by six strokes.

The 32-year-old Hatton, who joined LIV Golf in January, demonstrated his prowess by birdieing three of the last five holes and recording eight birdies and two bogeys. This victory marks Hatton's first professional title since the January 2021 Abu Dhabi Championship and his seventh career win, including his lone US PGA Tour triumph at the 2020 Arnold Palmer Invitational.

A group of players tied for third place at 12-under included Chile's Joaquin Niemann, Spain's Jon Rahm, England's Lee Westwood, and Bryson DeChambeau, who recently secured his second major title at the US Open at Pinehurst.

Niemann continues to lead the overall LIV Golf season standings, followed by Rahm, with Hatton moving up to third place. In the team competition, Hatton and Rahm led Legion XIII to victory with a combined score of 40-under par, defeating DeChambeau's Crushers by five strokes. Despite the loss, Crushers remain just ahead of Legion in the season team standings.

The next LIV Golf event is set to take place in Spain at Valderrama from July 12-14.
