Fortune Barisal's Shoaib Malik took three no-balls in the BPL match against Khulna Tigers. His leg pops far away from the crease when no-balling. As a result, allegations arose, Shoaib was involved in fixing. Barisal authorities denied the matter. Shoaib himself opened up about this.

Shoaib gave a long statement at X. He added a video there. In the video, Barisal chairman Mizanur Rahman said that even if there is talk of fixing about Shoaib Malik, it is not true. It's just a rumour.

Shoaib wrote in 'Fixing Issue', 'I want to make it clear that these are baseless rumours. Everyone should verify information before spreading it, it is very important Rumors can harm many and create unnecessary confusion. Let's prioritize the right one.'

Shoaib also wrote in the long post, ``Want to say something about my position in Fortune Barisal. There are some rumors lately, don't believe them. Nothing happened. I came to Dubai after discussing with our captain Tamim Iqbal. I will go again if the team needs it.

The Pakistan all-rounder also wished Barisal all the best for the rest of the tournament. He wrote, 'I wish Fortune Barisal all the best. I would go there again if needed. I have always found peace, joy in playing there.'
