Sept 16, V7N - Caitlin Clark had a historic performance, scoring a career-high 35 points and breaking the WNBA single-season rookie scoring record in the Indiana Fever’s thrilling 110-109 win over the Dallas Wings. Clark surpassed Seimone Augustus' 2006 record of 744 rookie points, setting the new mark with a 3-pointer late in the third quarter.

In addition to Clark's heroics, Kelsey Mitchell added 30 points, and Aliyah Boston chipped in 15, including two game-sealing free throws with 1.1 seconds left. Clark also contributed six 3-pointers and eight assists as the Fever, now 20-19, snapped a two-game losing streak in their regular-season home finale.

For Dallas, Arike Ogunbowale scored 27 points and became the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 4,000 career points. Satou Sabally also had 27 points, and Natasha Howard added 26 with a game-high 10 rebounds. Despite their strong efforts, the Wings (9-30) suffered their 16th consecutive road loss and eighth overall.

Indiana made 16 3-pointers, including key late-game shots from Damiris Dantas, to maintain their lead and secure the victory.
