Dhaka, September 01- Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has intensified its security measures to prevent illegal border crossings. This was announced in a notification from the BGB headquarters on Saturday night.

The BGB emphasized the importance of public cooperation in its efforts to prevent illegal activities along the borders. The organization urged citizens to assist by providing any information that could help thwart attempts to cross the border unlawfully. 

Citizens with relevant information are encouraged to contact BGB directly at the following numbers: 01769-600682 and 01769-62954.

The move comes amid heightened concerns about security and unauthorized movements across Bangladesh's borders, with BGB taking proactive steps to ensure that the country's borders remain secure and well-monitored.
