Interim Government's Adviser to the Ministry of Industries, Adilur Rahman Khan, emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring a stable gas supply to sustain normal industrial production.

Speaking to reporters after a two-hour meeting with senior officials at the Secretariat, Adilur highlighted plans to address challenges in fertilizer production to reduce import dependency and save foreign currency.

Adilur Rahman Khan also discussed initiatives to improve the leather industry in Savar and enforce environmental standards in the ship-breaking industry.Adilur noted that several institutions under the Ministry of Industries are currently operating at a loss, and measures will be implemented to identify and resolve these issues.

Adviser stressed a strict stance against corruption, affirming the government's dedication to preventing any new corruption.
