Dhaka, Mar 06 (V7N) – A fire broke out at the BRP slum in Bhashantek, Dhaka, on Thursday (March 6) morning, prompting a swift response from the fire service.

According to Fire Service Duty Officer Rafi Al Farooq, the fire was reported around 11:00 AM. Five fire service units were deployed to the scene and managed to bring the blaze under control by 11:35 AM.

The cause of the fire, the extent of the damage, and any casualties remain unknown as authorities continue their investigation.
