DHAKA, Jan 6, (V7N) – The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has launched a new version of its One-Stop Service (OSS) portal, aimed at improving service delivery and making it more user-friendly for both domestic and foreign investors.

The updated portal, which builds upon the initial online platform launched in 2019, now incorporates several key features designed to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in the investment process. With 134 services from 44 organizations, the portal allows investors to access all necessary services from a single platform, significantly reducing both time and costs while creating a more investment-friendly environment.

Key Features of the New Version:

Public Service Performance Dashboard: This feature provides real-time data on the number of applications processed, as well as their resolution timelines by BIDA and its associated stakeholders.

Online Monitoring and Application Tracking: Service recipients can now monitor the status of their applications online, offering greater visibility into the process.

Convenient Service Access: Investors can access information about the services offered through the OSS portal without the need to log in, improving transparency and ease of use.

As per the BIDA One-Stop Service Rules, 2020, all applications must be processed within a designated timeframe. The new monitoring dashboard enables higher authorities to track the progress of applications, ensuring timely delivery of services.

The upgraded portal is designed to provide a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient service experience for investors and is accessible at https://bidaquickserv.org.
