Munshiganj, Jan 05 (V7N)— Housing, Public Works, and Industries Advisor Adilur Rahman announced that the national election will be held within the time frame specified by the Chief Advisor. He made the statement on Monday evening while inaugurating the foundation stone of the July Memorial Complex at the Munshiganj court premises.

The memorial complex, built in honour of five martyrs of the July Revolution, was established by their families. Speaking at the event, Adilur Rahman emphasised the government's commitment to adhering to the election timeline.

“The report of the reform committee will be received in January,” he stated. “Following that, consultations with political parties will be initiated, and the Election Commission will commence the election process.”

The Advisor's remarks reflect the administration's ongoing efforts to ensure a smooth and inclusive electoral process. The announcement has drawn attention from political parties and citizens alike, as preparations for the upcoming election begin to take shape.
