Pabna June 9,(V7N)- President Mohammed Shahabuddin has arrived in his home district of Pabna after a four-day national tour, marking his fourth such visit.
On Sunday (June 9) at 12:40 PM, the President reached Shahid Advocate Amin Uddin Stadium in Pabna by helicopter from Dhaka.
At that time, Pabna Deputy Commissioner Muh. Asaduzzaman, Police Superintendent Akbar Ali Munshee, and other senior officials greeted him.
From there, the President proceeded to Pabna Circuit House, where he was received by the guard of honor.
Pabna Deputy Commissioner Muh. Asaduzzaman assured Voice7 News that all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the safety and security of the President's visit.
He stated that the President has arrived in Pabna for the fourth time like clockwork. Greetings have been extended to the President from the district administration at Shahid Advocate Amin Uddin Stadium.
Extensive preparations have been made for the President's visit to ensure it concludes smoothly and peacefully, as stated by the administration.
According to the itinerary, the President will rest and stay overnight at Pabna Circuit House.
Tomorrow, on June 10, at 11:30 AM, he will hold discussions with government employees at the government office. He will travel to the Circuit House in the afternoon and stay overnight there.
On June 11, at 11:00 AM, he will meet with representatives of the Pabna Chamber of Commerce and hold discussions. He will travel to the Circuit House in the afternoon and stay overnight there. At 12:40 PM on June 12, he will depart from Pabna by helicopter for Dhaka.
The President's visit to Pabna has sparked celebrations throughout the district. Party workers are adorning banners and festoons across the city. Earlier during several visits, he had announced various development projects for Pabna, some of which are now being implemented.
