Dhaka, Sep 09 (V7N)- Gold prices have fallen again in Bangladesh's domestic market. The price of 22-carat gold, the highest quality commonly traded in the market, has been reduced by Tk 1,108 per bhori, bringing the new price to Tk 2,34,038 per bhori.
The Bangladesh Jewellers Association (BAJUS) announced the revised prices on Wednesday (September 9). The new rates came into effect at 10:00 am.
According to the revised rates, the price of 21-carat gold has been reduced by Tk 1,049 to Tk 2,23,541 per bhori.
The price of 18-carat gold has fallen by Tk 933 to Tk 1,91,931 per bhori.
Meanwhile, the price of traditional-method gold has been reduced by Tk 700 to Tk 1,56,822 per bhori.
A bhori of gold is equivalent to 11.664 grams.
