Munshiganj, Oct 05 (V7N)- The darkness of night had not yet completely faded. In the hazy early morning, birds chirped as the first rays of sunlight began to appear in the eastern sky. But unlike an ordinary day, the morning in river-bound Munshiganj offered a different picture.

Nature appeared wrapped in a thin white blanket of fog. As far as the eye could see, distant trees, roadsides and riverbanks seemed blurred, creating a quiet landscape that hinted at the approaching winter.

Nature wrapped in fog

Autumn is often associated with flowers, clear blue skies and bright sunlight. Yet its mornings can also arrive with the cool smell of dew and a veil of fog.

The morning scene in Munshiganj offered a different expression of the season. Light fog was visible across several areas of the district from dawn, while a layer of mist floating above the rivers further reduced visibility.

Distant boats appeared faint through the fog, while trees along the riverbanks seemed to stand behind a white curtain. The calm surroundings created a distinctly seasonal atmosphere across the riverside areas.

Fog settles on the grass

Weather conditions also suggest a gradual seasonal transition. The temperature in Munshiganj was recorded at around 26 degrees Celsius in the morning, with similar temperatures being felt during the early hours over the past several days.

Such changes may go unnoticed amid the busy rhythm of urban life. But along the riverbanks, village roads and open fields at dawn, the subtle language of the changing season becomes much more apparent.

The morning fog, dew-covered grass and muted riverside landscape are offering residents of Munshiganj an early reminder that winter is gradually approaching.
