The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted light to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms across all eight divisions within the next 24 hours, accompanied by temporary gusty winds.

A weather bulletin indicated that monsoon activity is currently strong over Bangladesh and the North Bay. Temperatures are expected to remain stable throughout the country.

In the past 24 hours, Dinajpur recorded the highest rainfall at 127mm, while the highest temperature was 34.2 degrees Celsius in Bhola.
