Bagerhat, Oct 06 (V7N)- In preparation for Sharadiya Durga Puja, the Bangladesh Navy has heightened security measures around the temples in Mongla to ensure a peaceful and safe celebration. Navy personnel will patrol the temples to prevent any potential untoward incidents during the festivities.

Commander Md. Tauhidul Haque Bhuiyan, the Commander of the Naval Force's Mongla Digraj Base, made this announcement after visiting the Durga Temple at Digraj Bazar on Sunday (October 6) at 4 pm. He assured the public that the Navy would provide all necessary security so that the Hindu community can celebrate the puja without concerns.

A total of 32 temples in Mongla will be celebrating Durga Puja, and Navy personnel will be on high alert to ensure that devotees can perform their rituals and enjoy the festivities in a safe environment.
