Hobiganj, Oct 9 (V7N) – Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Habiganj district Ameer and MP candidate for Hobiganj-4 (Madhabpur-Chunarughat) Mowlana Mokhlesur Rahman held a media interaction with local journalists on Thursday afternoon in Madhabpur.
The meeting, organized at a local hotel, was attended by district assistant secretary Advocate Nazrul Islam, upazila president Mowlana Alauddin, upazila secretary Mostafa Kamal, and municipal president Abdur Rahman Sohag, along with other party leaders.
Speaking at the session, Mowlana Mokhlesur Rahman said, “With the love and prayers of the people, I am participating in the upcoming election. If elected, I will prioritize development in education, agriculture, health, and industry. I will also work to build a society free from drugs and corruption.”
He called on the administration to ensure a peaceful election environment and responded to various questions from journalists regarding his campaign and party initiatives.
