Dhaka, Dec 06 (V7N) — The admission test for the Business Education Unit of Dhaka University for the 2025–26 academic year is being held today. The highly competitive exam began at 11:00 am on Saturday and will continue until 12:30 pm.

This year, the competition is extremely intense, with more than 32 candidates fighting for each seat. A total of 34,062 applicants are taking the test against 1,050 available seats in the unit.

To ensure smooth examination management, Dhaka University is holding the admission test not only on its main campus but also at four centers outside Dhaka — Chittagong University, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, and Begum Rokeya University in Rangpur.

According to the seat distribution, admission opportunities are allocated as follows:

  • 930 seats for students from the Business Education group
  • 95 seats for students from the Science group
  • 25 seats for students from the Humanities group
