Deputy Speaker of the Bangladesh National Parliament, Md. Shamsul Haque Tuku MP, has stated that in order to realize the golden Bengal of the dreams of the nation's father, the current generation of students must be enriched in knowledge and qualities. With their hands, Bangladesh will mark its place in the smart and advanced world. Students need to be nurtured as capable human resources by utilizing the benefits of Digital Bangladesh.
On Saturday, (Jun 1) afternoon, at an appreciation ceremony for the successful candidates of the SSC, Dakhil, and SSC (Vocational) examinations of 2024 in Pabna's Sathia, the chief guest addressed these words. At this time, he honored students who achieved GPA-5 in the SSC and equivalent exams.
The Deputy Speaker further stated that the father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, sowed the seed of building an educated nation through the establishment of the Kudrat-e-Khuda Commission. He always thought of creating capable human resources. Through her ideal implementation, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is providing students with free textbooks, scholarships, and stipends. She has made the path to becoming school-oriented easier by providing various types of allowances to poor families. Selected representatives and education officers will make it easier to build smart citizens in a smart hall.
Shamsul Haque Tuku said, "Those who were outside the power in the current government destroyed the education system. Under the skillful leadership of Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh now has an excellent educational environment. There are new buildings in schools, modern educational equipment, and skilled teachers. Students must rise as capable human resources through awareness of the liberation war through cultural discussions, staying away from drugs. Creating drug-free educational institutions is extremely urgent."
The ceremony was attended by notable personalities and media workers, chaired by Upazila Executive Officer Jahidul Islam and attended by Upazila Chairman Sohel Rana Khokon.
