Dhaka, Feb 22 (V7N) –Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Saturday forecasted that weather may remain dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
Rain or thunder showers is likely to occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Mymensingh divisions, said a Met Office press release.
The Met Office said light to moderate fog may occur at some places over the country during late night to early morning.
Besides, temperature of day and night may remain unchanged over the country.
Meanwhile, a trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining areas and seasonal low lies over the South Bay, the release added.
The country’s maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 33.0°C at Sitakunda in Chittagong, and the minimum temperature of Saturday was recorded 13.4°C at Tetulia of Rangpur Division.
The sun sets at 5:58pm on Saturday and rises at 6:26am on Sunday in the capital.
