Khulna, Dec 13 (V7N)- A public dialogue was held at Alhaj Liaquat Ali Auditorium (Khulna Press Club) today at 3 pm at the initiative of the Khulna District Committee of the Gana Sanghati Andolan with the aim of establishing a new political settlement for the democratic transformation of the state. Under the chairmanship of Munir Chowdhury Sohel, the convener of the Khulna District Committee of the Gana Sanghati Andolan, Jonayed Saki, the chief coordinator of the Gana Sanghati Andolan, spoke as the chief guest in the public dialogue.

In the public dialogue, Jonayed Saki, the chief coordinator of the Gana Sanghati Andolan, commented that the country's judiciary should be completely independent and separated from the authority of the government.

Jonayed Saki said, "The country's judiciary should be made completely independent. The judiciary should be separated from the authority of the government.

Calling for building a national consensus on the issue of Bangladesh's independence and sovereignty, Jonayed Saki said, "We believe that all the people of the country, including the government, political parties, students, and people from different classes and professions, are united today. The people will fight for the country's independence and sovereignty."

Jonayed Saki said, "Local government must be made strong and self-reliant. Local government must be the center of all development activities."

The public dialogue demanded improvement in the current situation of the country, the direction of the Bangladesh state, market control, and making commodity prices bearable. In addition, importance was placed on job security for workers in other sectors, including garment workers, and above all, standing by the people in the current situation of the country and increasing the strength of their organizations.

In the public dialogue, Jonayed Saki, the chief coordinator of the Mass Solidarity Movement, also said, "Although the fascists are strong, their web of conspiracy is not greater than our strength. Supported by Indian forces, the Awami League is now using the Hindu community politically to fuel the BJP's vote politics in India. The sovereignty of the Bangladesh state is facing a threat today as a result of these conspiratorial activities of theirs. The people must remain united to stop them."

Jonayed Saki said, "There is no chance of this government failing. Political unity must be created on how to make it successful.  He urged the government to take necessary initiatives to keep all political forces united for the success of the government's governance and democratic transition.

He said, "We want a new political settlement, which will be democratic and accountable. The authoritarian system that Sheikh Hasina has created has been turned into a fascist settlement. The constitution has been made in such a way that anyone can do anything. The institutions of the state are being pocketed and whatever they want is being done."

Everyone must keep a vigilant eye on the results of the struggle of the people of Bangladesh so that they are not robbed again. Any attempt to create division among the forces of the struggle must be stopped.
