Dhaka, Feb 10 (V7N) –Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) standing committee member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan has reiterated his party's demand for holding the national polls within a reasonable time.
He made the call while addressing a roundtable meeting titled "Six months of the July-August mass uprising, where are the students and the public now?" at the Democracy Auditorium in Momenbagh in the capital. The Millennium University organized the roundtable meeting.
Moyeen Khan said that a massive number of people in the country have given their lives for democracy.
"The new sun has risen in the last July movement. We cannot let that sun set. For this, we will have to struggle anew if necessary," he said.
