Dhaka, July 13 (V7N) – Panic gripped the Nayapaltan area in the capital on Saturday night as three cocktail explosions occurred on the road in front of the BNP central office. The incident took place around 9:58 PM, causing alarm among locals and party members.

BNP Executive Committee Member (attached to the central office) Abdus Sattar Patwary confirmed the explosions and said, "A group of miscreants detonated the cocktails and quickly fled the scene."

As of the initial report, no casualties have been reported.

Law enforcement personnel are expected to investigate the matter and tighten security in the area amid the rising political tensions in the capital. The motive behind the attack remains unknown.
