London, Nov 27 (V7N) — The UK-based human rights organization Voice for Bangladesh UK is set to host an international seminar titled “Tarique Rahman's Policies and Politics; Contemporary Bangladesh” at the British Parliament on Thursday (December 4).
Ataullah Farooq, founder of Voice for Bangladesh UK, said the seminar aims to bring together global experts, policymakers, and professionals to discuss Bangladesh’s upcoming national elections, the current political landscape, and future avenues for international cooperation.
The event is expected to feature participation from British MPs, members of the House of Lords, human rights activists, academics, journalists, as well as notable figures from Bangladesh and various countries. Significant enthusiasm has already been observed among the Bangladeshi expatriate community in the UK.
Organizers believe that such high-level discussions on Bangladesh’s political context in global forums will contribute positively to future policymaking and diplomatic relations.
