Australia became the champion of the Youth World Cup by blowing India's hexa dream. Australia defeated five-time champions India by 79 runs in the U-19 final in Benoni on Sunday and took home their fourth title.

After winning the toss and batting first, Australia did not make a good start. Australia lost first wicket at 16, Then Hag started working on Harry.

Australia kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Tiwari returned the Hag at 48. Harjas Singh brings up a half century. Australia scored 253 runs after losing seven wickets in the stipulated over. 

In response, Team India could not make much of an advantage. After losing four wickets for 68 runs, they lost eight wickets for 122 runs. 

Then the two tail enders Murugan and Naman fought to achieve the impossible. But in the end India's innings stopped at 174 runs.

India will face Australia in the final for the third time since June 2023. Children also wrote stories of the same pain as the World Test Championship and ODI World Cup

India had won six previous appearances against Australia in the Youth World Cup, including two finals. This time Australia celebrated.
