Sylhet, Apr 15 (V7N) – The Bangladesh national cricket team continued their preparations for the upcoming Test series against Zimbabwe with a third consecutive day of practice at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Interestingly, the Tigers began training an hour and a half ahead of schedule.

Although the session was slated to begin at 10:00 AM, Phil Simmons’ squad hit the field at 8:30 AM for reasons not officially disclosed.

The day began with a team prayer led by Mushfiqur Rahim, followed by regular warm-up drills. However, when media personnel arrived at the scheduled time, they were informed that the day’s session would be held behind closed doors at the request of the players.

Bangladesh is gearing up to take on Zimbabwe in the first Test, scheduled to begin on Sunday, April 20, in Sylhet.
