Dhaka, Jan 30 (V7N)— Gentry Beach, a billionaire businessman and family associate of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has stated that recent leadership changes in both Bangladesh and the United States have opened up new opportunities in business and commerce.
He made these remarks on Thursday afternoon during a meeting with representatives of several political parties at the Hotel InterContinental in Dhaka.
"The change in leadership in Bangladesh and the U.S. has created new possibilities for trade and economic cooperation," Beach said, expressing optimism about strengthening bilateral business ties. He further emphasized that the Trump administration is committed to promoting global peace and prosperity.
Earlier in the day, Gentry Beach arrived in Bangladesh for his visit. According to diplomatic sources, he is expected to meet with several key figures, including Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, during his stay.
Beach’s visit has drawn attention to potential future collaborations between Bangladesh and the United States in trade and investment, with analysts keenly observing the outcomes of his engagements with policymakers and business leaders.
