Paris, Mar 07 (V7N) – A World War II-era bomb was discovered at Gare du Nord, Paris’ busiest train station, on Friday morning, causing major rail disruptions.

Authorities quickly secured the area, leading to delays and cancellations across metro, national, and high-speed international train services, including Eurostar. Several Eurostar journeys were cancelled, impacting thousands of commuters.

Security teams are working to neutralize the bomb, while officials advise travelers to check for updates before heading to the station.
