Dubai, Mar 15 (V7N) – With traffic congestion in Dubai, UAE, becoming increasingly complex, the Community Development Authority has announced scholarships worth up to 50,000 dirhams (approximately 1.65 million Bangladeshi taka) for individuals who propose innovative ideas to reduce road congestion.

According to a Geo TV report, the initiative aims to encourage solutions that can make road traffic smoother and more efficient in the city.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years old.
  • They must hold at least a graduate degree from a recognized university in the Emirates.

The program is expected to attract young engineers, urban planners, and tech enthusiasts who can develop smart and practical traffic management solutions. The UAE government has been actively investing in AI-driven transportation systems, smart traffic signals, and public transit enhancements to tackle congestion issues in the rapidly growing metropolis.

This initiative reflects Dubai’s commitment to utilizing innovation and youth talent to improve urban mobility.
