In yet another tragic incident in Gaza, Israeli forces have targeted aid collectors, resulting in the deaths of six individuals and injuries to at least 83 others. The brutal attacks occurred in Rafah and Gaza City, as reported by Khabar Wafa and Al Jazeera.

According to Wafa news agency, Palestinians had gathered at a UN aid distribution center in Gaza City on Wednesday (March 13) when Israeli soldiers opened fire indiscriminately, causing six fatalities and leaving numerous individuals critically injured. The injured have been rushed to Al-Shifa Hospital for urgent medical treatment.

Prior to this incident, Tel Aviv had bombed the UNRWA office in Rafah city, resulting in the deaths of at least five individuals, including a UN worker.

This latest attack comes in the wake of a similar assault on the same location on Monday (March 11) night, which claimed the lives of 11 people, as reported by the Ministry of Health of Gaza.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned the attack on the aid distribution center, expressing grave concern over the escalating violence and loss of civilian lives. The international community has called for an immediate cessation of hostilities and a return to dialogue to address the underlying issues plaguing the region.
