Gaza, Aug 13 (V7N) – Global pop icon Madonna has once again spoken out about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, urging immediate action to protect its children.

In a social media post on Tuesday (Aug 12), the American singer appealed to Pope Leo XIV to visit Gaza, saying, “We must open the doors of humanity to save the innocent children of Gaza.”

Addressing the Pope directly, Madonna urged him to go “before it’s too late” and “bring light to the children in the valley.” She added that, as a mother, she cannot bear to witness the suffering of Gaza’s children.

Madonna has consistently voiced support for Palestinians since the start of the Israeli offensive in Gaza, previously making emotional remarks on stage during her performances.
