The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has reported that 26 of its members have lost their lives during the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza. This claim was made by the PRCS, the Palestinian branch of the Red Crescent organization, as reported by Qatar-based media Al Jazeera on Sunday (March 31).

According to PRCS, its members have been targeted multiple times despite wearing Red Crescent Red Jackets while carrying out their humanitarian duties towards the helpless residents of Gaza. The organization alleges that 15 of the victims were killed by bombs or bullets while distributing relief aid to those in need.

The PRCS, officially established in 1968, is a voluntary organization dedicated to promoting the health and welfare of the Palestinian people. Despite their efforts to provide assistance and support to the vulnerable population in Gaza, their members have faced tragic consequences amidst the ongoing conflict.

The loss of these dedicated individuals underscores the dangerous and challenging conditions faced by humanitarian workers in conflict zones. As the violence continues to escalate, the PRCS remains committed to its mission of serving the Palestinian community and providing essential aid to those in need.
