Tehran, June 21, 2024-  Iran has issued a stark warning to Israel, stating that Hezbollah possesses full capacity to deter any aggression in Lebanon. The warning came in response to recent threats of an all-out Israeli attack on Lebanon, raising tensions in the region.

In a statement released by Iran's mission to the United Nations, Tehran cautioned that any reckless decisions by Israel to safeguard itself could plunge the region into another war, with Israel bearing the greatest loss. The message, shared on social media, emphasized that the consequences of such actions would be severe for the Jewish state.

On the same day, Israel issued a counter-threat to Hezbollah. Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz announced that necessary decisions regarding the situation would be made soon. He called on the international community to support Tel Aviv in its fight against what he described as Iran's terrorist network and radical Islamism.

The situation has reached a boiling point following the Israeli army's announcement of potential plans for a comprehensive attack on Lebanon. The developments have heightened tensions along the Lebanese border, with both sides bracing for possible conflict.
