Tehran, Mar 11 (V7N) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has firmly rejected any negotiations with the United States in response to threats from Washington, declaring, “Do whatever you want.”

According to reports published in Iranian state media on Tuesday, Pezeshkian dismissed U.S. President Donald Trump’s approach, stating, “The orders and threats that the US is giving are unacceptable to Iran. I will not negotiate with you (Trump).”

His remarks come after Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, reaffirmed on Saturday (March 8) that Tehran will not succumb to pressure or threats to enter negotiations. Khamenei’s statement followed Trump’s claim that he had sent a letter inviting Iran to discuss a new nuclear agreement.

Speaking to Fox Business, Trump suggested two possible approaches toward Iran—either military action or a diplomatic deal to curb its nuclear ambitions. However, Iran’s leadership remains steadfast in its refusal to engage under coercion, setting the stage for continued tensions between the two nations.
