In response to concerns regarding coaching centers operating under the guise of "special classes" without proper implementation of the new curriculum in secondary-level educational institutions, a directive has been issued.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) released instructions on Monday urging the cessation of such coaching practices and emphasizing the full compliance with the new curriculum guidelines.

The directive highlights the prevalence of coaching centers operating within secondary-level educational institutions under the guise of "special classes," where students are compelled to attend coaching sessions.

Furthermore, it underscores the violation of specific guidelines for curriculum development and evaluation in some educational institutions, leading to the disruption of the new curriculum's implementation. Traditional question papers are being prepared under the guise of weekly or monthly assessments, contrary to the principles of the new curriculum.

In light of these concerns, all stakeholders are urged to abstain from such activities and ensure the proper conduct of academic activities prescribed by the institution, strictly adhering to the earlier issued instructions for the new curriculum's implementation.

Violation of these directives will result in personal accountability for the head of the respective institution.
