Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal urged students to accept the court's directive on the quota system in government jobs.
Speaking at a Dhaka district Awami League event, he cautioned that public suffering would increase if students continue to block transportation. He reassured that law enforcement would not be harsh on students but emphasized the need to avoid public inconvenience.
The event, marking the 75th anniversary of the Awami League, featured Prime Minister's Education and Cultural Affairs Adviser Dr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury and other prominent figures.
