Dhaka, August 13 — Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus has called for unity among the minority communities in Bangladesh, emphasizing the importance of solidarity in the face of the nation’s ongoing challenges. During an exchange of views with members of the Sanatan religious community at Dhakeshwari Temple on Tuesday, Yunus stressed that the country must be governed by "one law and one constitution for all."

Yunus made an unannounced visit to the Dhakeshwari Temple at 12:12 PM, where he was warmly received by Hindu community leaders. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the need for collective action to overcome the current crisis, urging citizens not to let divisions based on religion or caste weaken the nation's unity.

“Everyone has equal rights under the law,” Yunus said, advocating for patience and mutual support during these critical times. He highlighted the importance of unity, stating, “Now is not the time for division; instead, we must work together to build our country.”

As the interim government prepares to navigate the country through this period of transition, the Chief Adviser sought the cooperation of all communities to ensure stability and progress.
