Dhaka, Aug 27 (V7N): Mohammad A Arafat, who previously served as the state minister for information and broadcasting, has been taken into custody by law enforcement in the Gulshan area of Dhaka. His arrest is part of a broader crackdown that has seen several former ministers, lawmakers, and prominent individuals detained following the collapse of the Awami League government on August 5.
