On Sunday, March 3, the Armed Police Battalion (APBn) captured an armed Rohingya from a camp in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

The arrest of the armed Rohingya was verified by Voice7 News by Md. Arefin Jewel, Superintendent of Police and Commander of the 14 Armed Police Battalion (APBn), which is in charge of ensuring the camp's security.

Early on Sunday morning, the attack took place on the hill between Camp-17's A-Block and the 4-Extension Rohingya Camp in Ukhiya.

The person who has been arrested, Sayed Hossain, resides in Camp 17. His father, Saber Ahmed, is a resident of the A-block of the Ukhiya camp in Cox's Bazar.

A case has allegedly been filed at the Ukhiya Police Station against the imprisoned Sayed Hossain, according to Md. Arefin Jewel, Superintendent of APBn.
