Khulna, August 2 - In Khulna there have been incidents of clashes between police and students. A policeman named Suman was killed in the clash. He was working in Police Lines.

Police clashed with students at Zero Point, Gallamari Mor and Khulna University area on Friday (August 2) from afternoon to evening.

Khulna Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Mozammel Haque confirmed this.

He said, 20-25 of our people were seriously injured in the conflict and Police Lines Constable Md. Suman was killed.

Mozammel Haque said that the police showed maximum patience. But one of my brothers was beaten to death.
