Dhaka, Oct 12 (V7N) – The National Citizens’ Party (NCP) has officially formed its Policy and Research Wing, aiming to enhance the party’s strategic planning and evidence-based policymaking. The announcement came shortly after midnight on Saturday through a press release circulated to the media.
According to the statement, the 13-member wing was approved by NCP Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain and Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwary. Khaled Saifullah has been appointed as the Lead of the new wing, while Mushfiq us Salehin will serve as Co-Lead.
Other appointed members include Sarowar Tushar, Sultan Mohammad Zakaria, Ashraf Uddin Mahdi, Arpita Shyama Dev, Javed Rasin, Ehtesham Haque, Saleh Uddin Sifat, Alauddin Mohammad, Tanha Shanta, Tawhid Tanzim, and Tariq.
Party insiders said the formation of this specialized wing reflects NCP’s growing focus on data-driven policy formulation and organizational modernization ahead of the country’s upcoming national political developments.
