The Manabadhikar Shongskriti Foundation (MSF), led by Sultana Kamal, has highlighted a concerning rise in incidents of killing and injuring Bangladeshis along the Bangladesh-India border. According to the MSF, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) is neglecting to adopt safe and effective measures, leading to these tragic events.
In its monthly report, the MSF revealed that four Bangladeshi nationals were killed, and five others sustained bullet injuries in BSF firing along the border in March. This figure mirrors the fatalities reported in February, indicating a troubling trend of border violence persisting despite previous concerns raised by advocacy groups.
